At CMC we make use of the latest technology, such as the Chellete Bench Rack, a universal system based on repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to exact specifications in the least amount of time. Chellete is factory approved and supplied by Mercedes - Benz South Africa.

This system enables our technicians to work quickly and effectively, from the damage assessment to making the repair and the final inspection. The measuring system has been engineered for complete precision, helping our technicians to achieve optimal quality.

The high standard of equipment meets the specific requirements of Mercedes - Benz SA. All other requirements, such as auto electrical repairs, wheel balancing and alignment are referred to approved members of AAQA, who also guarantee their workmanship.

Once the body faults have been identified, assessed and agreed, our highly trained technicians get to work. They are specialists who are constantly sent for training on all our new and latest range of equipment. This includes the new Chalette Spot welders, Mic welders and Drills. This equipment neatly and precisely tailors the welds, leaving no lumps or untidy sections, as well as the Plasma cutter which removes unwanted chassis bits with surgically-fine accuracy.
